Bugatti’s one-off car, Chiron Profilee, has just been sold for nearly 11 million USD
Bugatti set a new record for the highest amount ever paid for a brand new car at RM Sotheby’s auction. The company’s one-of-a-kind Chiron Profilee sold at this auction with a staggering high of EUR 9,792,500.

In fact, at first, Bugatti did not intend to produce an exclusive Profilée. Profilee was originally developed based on the Chiron line, like the Pur Sport or Super Sport. However, the car manufacturer Bugatti finished production of 500 Chirons ahead of schedule, so it canceled the plan to produce the Profile.
Bugatti has put a lot of effort into this model. The company has designed a special ducktail spoiler to make the car more stable, and equipped with shorter gears allowing the car to reach 100 km/h in 2.3 seconds, 200 km/h in 5.5 seconds. seconds and 300 km/h in just 12.4 seconds.
Despite its outstanding performance, the Chiron Profilée was built to be a touring car instead of a Chiron Pur Sport. Although developed when Bugatti received its 500th order for the Chiron, the Profilée has since been decided by the automaker to be completed, approved for use on European roads, and sold at auction.
The car is finished with Argent Atlantique silver paint, the bottom is painted in Bleu Royal Carbon, the alloy wheels are painted in Le Patron color, and the aluminum highlights match the body.
The interior of the exclusive Chiron Profilée is also very impressive, with the center console, around the instrument panel, door panels and rear wall inlays all wrapped in textile leather.
According to a report from RM Sotheby’s, at the auction in Paris, collectors were present in person as well as in person to bid on the car.
